Yoga from the Inside Out
Dancing in France this past decade has taught me mostly about the metaphor of myself. Exploring the building blocks of movement and life, I’ve learned to teach and choreograph with questions not answers. In yoga, each asana represents a way to be, so we broaden our horizons by exploring them in a creative way. In the classes I teach we work with a weekly theme, which we build upon progressively from the ground up and from the inside out. These themes become concrete tools for exploring somatically the different aspects of ourselves, and then the relationship with the world around us.
